We offer 3 live-worship opportunities each weekend:
Saturday 5:00 P.M.
Sunday 8:30 contemporary
10:45 traditional (also Livestreamed)
We will also have Wednesday evening worship at 7:00 PM during Lent beginning Wednesday, February 17, Ash Wednesday, with the Imposition of Ashes.
If there was ever a time to virtually travel to the places of our Lord’s passion, this season of Lent is the time! If simply singing the hymn “Were You There?” can cause our hearts to tremble, then taking time each week for Lenten worship can do even more. So let’s gather each weekend with our brothers and sisters in the faith - or even twice a week including mid-week services - either in person or online, and put ourselves were Jesus was. Imagine standing where the Lord stood. Uncover archeological stones underneath His willing feet; walk the pavement He was forced to walk; observe the sights our Savior saw; hear the words spoken in His face and behind His back; and in a time of holy worship, receive what Jesus gives.
Each week in worship, we will explore the meaning, history, and spiritual inspiration associated with particular places of our Lord’s passion. Recent finds by archeologists and theologians help bring us to a deeper understanding of the hard road our Savior lovingly traveled to open the pathway to God’s heaven to us. See the itinerary listed in this newsletter and come along on a meaningful journey!
